OK. I have been trying to signup for a decent free web hosting for 1 week now. It's either that I have to post on the forum and wait for response or email them and wait for response. Both methods seem not to work. I haven't gotten any response back from any of them.
All I want is more than 25 meg of webspace, PHP & CGI support, prefer no ad or small ad... that's it...
If anyone has good suggestions, please leave me a comment. Thanks!

well there is no free lunch. i'm currently using Phenominet - a US hosting company which is quite stable somehow. 100MB for US$50 plus a free domain name.
Really? That sux... that's kinda expensive =P
